Merry Christmas!

I have to have a Christmas post, even if it is 2 months late! We had a great Christmas this year, Santa was very good to the boys again!

We bought a new "fake" tree this year and I loved it!

All the cousins in their new Grinch pajamas on Christmas Eve

Isn't he cute?

The best pictures I have of the boys on Christmas morning are both with a paddle ball from the dollar store. Why did I shop anywhere else?

He was so happy to get his wii!

Happy 5th Birthday Gavin!

Gavin turned 5 on December 15th. He wanted a swamp theme this year, so I made him this cupcake alligator.
He got lots of great gifts, and had a great day!

Gavin had been adamant for months that he was only turning 4, not 5. Sometimes he still says he is only 4 if you ask him. His reason is because he does not want to start school in the fall. I don't blame him, I don't want him to start school either! We have enjoyed being together while Patrick and Preston are gone all day. He is my little helper, he loves to clean with clorox wipes and do the laundry. He is a mama's boy and I love it! He is a sweet boy that loves animals more than anything, especially cats. He is so smart, and I think he is finally realizing that school might not be so bad. We are so blessed to have Gavin as a part of our family!

Still playing catch up!

Preston has gone really well in school this year, especially since he has been to 3 different schools! He has made the president's list twice for getting all A's and every time they present an award at an assembly in school.

First 9 weeks

Second 9 weeks

He also had storybook character dress up day at school. He decided to be Skippyjon Jones, he looked so cute!

Preston lost his first tooth in December! He was so excited! When he woke up one morning, it was so loose that Patrick and I both tried to get him to pull it out before school but he wouldn't do it. He said that he wanted it to fall out at school so he could go to the school nurse. She gives the kids a plastic tooth necklace to carry their tooth home it, and a sticker. When I picked him up that day he was wearing his tooth necklace! He looks cute without his tooth!
